- Squats: To target your glutes, quads, and hamstrings, do squats. Stand straight with feet shoulder-width apart. Begin squatting while maintaining a straight back and your arms directly out in front of you. Bend 90-degrees and go as low as you can. Lift yourself back up to a complete stand.
