What is Corporate Housing?
It is an alternative temporary housing solution to staying in an extended stay hotel. We provide furniture, housewares, and all utilities. It is more spacious, has more amenities, and feels like home.
What is the minimum stay?
We provide a 90 day (3 month) minimum stay. We do have apartment homes that we rent on a month to month (30 day) basis depending on availability.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, it is partially refundable at the end of your stay. The non-refundable portion is for cleaning of the apartment upon departure.
Can I bring my pet?
Depending on community pet policy, a pet deposit may be required.
How soon in advance do I need to make reservations?
Please contact us soon as you find out your move-in date and we will have your
apartment home ready as soon as possible.
What is your payment policy?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will automatically be charged
monthly by filling out our application. We will also invoice all corporate applications
on a monthly basis. One invoice!
